Don't believe the photos until you see the real situation! Dissappointing!!
The air-conditioning was not functioning from the lobby to hotel room and dining area. The access card was not working for the whole floor and the only access card belongs to the security guard (creepy to have someone follow me especially i'm travel alone). The carpet is smelly and toilet full of staining. The staff named Indah was helpful and free-upgraded my room to Clubroom but the room condition is exactly same as standard except larger. Initially i plan to stay for 5 nights but cancel and check out earlier. Last but not least, breakfast is awful as well, coffee tasteless as plain water even after i requested to change a new pot.

it's my second time in the hotel and i'm disappointed with the room. i requested for a corner room, away from noise as i am with 6 month old baby. they assigned room 501 which is near elevator and no windows, so it's like we are in a box, no view at all ! .

Good days gone.
The hotel is in decline sadly and my last time here. If I can see mildew,grit on the shower walls surely cleaning staff can,disgraceful it is. Wi Fi has a bad habit of dropping out constantly,very sporadic. When there's an adjoining room I wish other guests realised that rattling the door at 3am is not acceptable,it's not an ensuite or toilet it's another guests room trying to sleep. Whoever is in charge of the breakfast in this hotel try to go elsewhere, your service,quality of food cleanliness is impeccable,you should be proud,sadly the hotel is letting you down. Front desk, particularly the Muslim lady you are a credit to the hotel,professional,kindly,well done.

Still the best hotel at City square mall area. But seems like the hotel is getting more dirty nowadays compare to last time.. cos you could see spider wax at the corner of the room.

Room's very small
Check-in was super slow, there's no aircon in the lobby/receptionist, we waited for like 30minutes to get to our room. We had a room facing the street, I guess it's better. Aircon was switched off in the middle of the night. We found a big ceiling hole from the toilet, we called the staff in and they just closed the hole, lucky we did not place any valuables in the room. The pillow's very soft, not my type of pillow. However, location is very near City Square and there's a lot of food choices near the hotel! :)

Pleasant stay
Got a free upgrade to deluxe, very happy about it. Staffs are always willing to help and they speak decent english too! Location is great. Only downside is e breakfast which can be improved. Still value for money!

poor hotel
check in delay, food not nice, room also not tat expected and lobby no air-con at all was very hot like sona. i wont stay in the hotel anymore.
