Location is good for business traveller, service good, facilities cover the full spectrum of requirements. Rooms are comfortable and have good working facilities, wireless was good thru building. Rates were very competitive. Outlook from the mtn room is great. Hotel is located near the food court, but little bit far from city.

No smoking at lobby and brighter car park is preferred.
Strategic location, city square is about one km away from the hotel. However, not too convenience if travel without own transport. Room was big and clean. The carpet a bit faded and old. Nevertheless, the room is good value. Check in/Reception was very prompt and polite. The restaurant and food was moderate. Overall, the hotel is nice and value for money. I would use again.

The hotel is far from town, it's about 20-30 minutes (depends on traffic) and if taking a cab, it will cost around RM7 to RM10 (As this review write). The best features of this hotel is it is nearby a food court and variety of choices inside the food court. Beside that, opposite the food court got some foot massage center. It cost cheaper than massage provided at hotel.
