Venue and cleanliness of this hotel is satisfactory. For the price I would fully recommend and will consider staying here on my next trip. Hopefully the room facilities eg: Safety box and hairdryer will be implemented.

- Restaurant Tip : Opposite the hotel there's a hawker center (Tebrau) which serves quite good local food and the cleanliness is quite satisfactory.

I would not recommend this hotel and this website to any of my friends as the money paid through agoda is higher than walk in rate. This hotel is not near to any shopping centre and required walking in a dangerous traffic. Also dangerous to travel in the night. Hotels staff at the reception slow in responding to customer, customer have to wait very long to get check in but check out is very fast.
Nothing special about the hotel, but somehow value for money.
Small carpark, if driving to hotel for a stay have to switch carpark lift to hotel lobby lift. Food normal, asia types of breakfast not suitable for foreigners from the west, cause no amercian breakfast. The hotel was build on a former petrol station.
- Hotel Feature Tip : Make there is hot water running on the bathroom and toilet paper around.

Opposite the hotel, there are a night sea food centre and sea food restuarant. It is worth to try.

At the reception, the staff serving me was very polite and introduced me to the local food around the hotel. When entered the room, it was very clean and bright. thought the tap was spoilt, the technican responded very promptly. In conculsion, me and my partner were very satisfied with the service and the cleanliness of the hotel. We would definitly recommend to our friends and relative and visit the hotel again if there is chance.
