Lovely Hotel and service with a smile
Condition and space of the room. Great view especially the sea.

Very accessible via the Singapore-Malaysia causeway. Only a 5-7 min drive as u enter Malaysia. Breakfast was quite pleasant and the staff there were friendly and helpful. If you are staying here, get a room that faces the sea, it protrays a wonderful view especially during the sunset time. However, we could only check in very late which is something that we were unhappy about. Back enbd service staff seems to be slow to adhere to simple and basic requests.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take a short 1 hour drive to Desaru which is located near to the JB area. They have many different types of farms that are quite fascinating especially the fruit farm and the ostrich farm. Fruits are fresh and can be bought as well as the local baked biscuits and bread.

Great Hotel With Excellent Service

Among the hotels that I had stayed, this hotel is so far the best!! Not only is the staff friendly, they are ready to assist me in my requests. The room is surprising big. Although I was a bit dissapointed that the toilet do not have a bathtub, my stayed at the hotel is a pleasant one.
Shopping Tip:
The hotel is a driving distant from the city shopping centres. The seaside viewe is great!

Hotel with good breakfast

The suite was spacious, but the window is damn blur and dirty. And I guess it is time to give the toilet a good polish, "age" stain has started to appear. View was good as we stayed over the new year count down. Pool is having some new year celebration, fireworks can be seen - like - right in of me! the breakfast is a must-must wake-up to see during the stay. the breakfast choice is wide and the food is really yummy!

Good Hotel with okay breakfast

The room initially given to us was on the 9th floor. Even though it says sea view but it was partially blocked by another building which is also 9th floor. We decided to top up additional money to upgrade the room.
Shopping Tip:
Johor Premium outlet store is A MUST NOT GO place. All things are over-priced and very limited stock

this is not my first time here. one of the highly recommended hotels around in jb. it offers shuttle service to both city mall and ksl.
Shopping Tip:
take the free shuttle service to ksl mall. one of the newer malls around. lots to shop and eat around there

Clean hotel

Room is clean & quite big but stll using the old fashion type of TV (not the flat screen like most of hotel used nowadays).
Restaurant quite small & there were not many choice for breakfast. My children like the swimming pool. Adult pool not so deep. Like best is the location. The hotel is near to the check point. We were able to see the causeway so that we could plan our way home back to S'pore & avoid ourselves in trafic congestion.

the staff are quite friendly and helpful

it is near to City square shopping centre and the duty free zone.The aircon is quite noisy but the apartment room is huge.Getting a hot bath is quite challenging because it was those centralised water heater tank.Overall stay is good.
Shopping Tip:
City square is about ten minutes drive from hotel.There is a restaurant by the name New Hong Kong which serve quite good Chinese food.

value for money for the space (living room, kitchen and bedroom) you are paying for. love the fact that it has a glass wall which faces the causeway and singapore. near shopping centre and custom. good short getaway to enjoy some quiet time and perhaps some work alone, with a shopping centre within walking distance
disappointed that no bathrobes were provided and it did not have a separate shower and bath tub. (expected that for a premier suite) limited channels on the tv. the staff did not allow us to check in anytime before 2pm even though it was 1.45pm. breakfast was disappointing.
Shopping Tip:
You can walk to the nearest shopping centre instead of taking a cab. It's about 15-20 mins walk to City Square from the hotel. Just turn right once you leave the hotel main door. walk down the slope till you reach the traffic lights and walk along the foot path of the fly over to the other side. You should be able to see City Square from the fly over and get your bearings from there.
