Had an enjoying time with my two sons in the pool though it is not as what it appears in the website photo.
Shopping Tip:
Shop at City Square for almost everything under one roof.

My family loved the big and spacious room and also the nice room service. Kids enjoy having 2 tvs provided too. Definitely a must come again!

A very comfortable hotel with huge rooms. Maybe a bit old in their deco. Have very poor room service as the front desk don't seem to be able to comand the house keeping personal to clean up the room.
Bed was soiled with hair on the bed sheet even after cleaning it, therefore low marks for the housekeeping personnel.
The only positives of this hotel is its location near the checkpoint to Singapore.

Check in was hassle free & smooth even without a hardcopy of the reservation. housekeeeping service is good and fast.Room cleanliness satisfying.Concept of small kitchen with a dining and microwave is something new and satisfactory. Will recommend this hotel to my friends. Check out from hotel with light hearted and happy. Good place for honeymoon and relaxation

Hotel staff customer service could be better. However, the clealiness and ambience is good. Good value of money. Hotel room well equipt with neccessities. Large room and large bed. The breakfast was excellent. The choice of food was generous and delicious. The staff was kind enough to let us have our quick brakfast although we came around 0945 in the morning.
4 thumbs up.
Shopping Tip:
It is just 15 min walk to citysquare mall.

1. Upon check-in, room do not have complete items;
2. Called Recepionist and room service 3 times for the items. First bring only bath towels. 2nd time bring slippers. 3rd time then bring tooth brushes.
3. In the kitchen, when on the tap for water,the tap can do dancing.
4. In the bathroom, the shower with aluminium coating had peeled off,if not careful, can cut fingers.
Otherwise good view and good stay with reasonable good breakfast.
