A hotel in the City
Clean room and helpful staffs.

Booked 2 rooms since with young children but there are no rooms available for 2 rooms side by side. Upgrade 1 room to Executive to get the 2 rooms side by side. Ask to change 1 towel but never got back a new towel though.
Shopping Tip:
There are a few shopping Centres around the area. One of the closest will be City Square which is just a few minutes driving or taxi ride away (in case you missed the complimentary transport)

Old Hotel but Good Location

We stay in a suite, but it is quite below expectation. Overall is pretty much the same as shown in picture, you get a bedroom, living room and kitchen. However, the facility is pretty old, renovation is highly recommended to this hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you are thinking to stay in JB and travel to Singapore, you need a lot of stamina in passing the custom!

Stayed in this hotel again base on kids' desired choices who have been facinated by the spacious room.
The swimming pool need to facilitate with umberalla shelters as there is none at all while visitors are under hot sun or rain.

Big rooms a BIG plus, but furnishing a bit dated

unfortunately, it being so near to the causeway, there are occasional blaring of horns by impatient drivers. further, the reception seems abit understaffed as long queues were present during check out time, which should have been prepared for. however, staff were pleasantly polite and smiley
breakfast variety was quited limited.
