We checked into our rooms very late at night. When I got into the room, I needed to use the bathroom and found the towels looking more like rags. Since it was already 3 in the morning, I did not make any complaints. The pillows very rather hard but the room has a balcony which was very useful to flush away the stale hotel room air when I entered the room. I woke up early enough to use the gym which was adequately equipped. The breakfast was good comparatively to hotels in the price bracket.

5-stars' hotel in name only
We have a free upgrade to executive room after being made to wait 45 minutes to check in.

We can see the walls have not been cleaned/ wiped for some time. Only 2 out of 5 wall power sockets are working. The pillows are so thin and not fluffy. The fan for the air-conditioner was so noisy and we have to get the electrician in. It took him half hour to service it but it is good there after. We also see the plates being left outside a certain room for more than 12 hours! It was only cleared after 11am when supposedly the laundry cleaners walk around at 830am. The breakfast buffet is so-so with not much variety. Will not come back again.
