Spacious room but poor airconditioning
Need to improve on the air-condition. The room was really warm and we were sweating buckets.

Leisure trip

The Grand Bluewave @ Johor
Here are my sincerely review. I have been to this Hotel for countless time when everytime i am in Johor. And everything about this hotel is awesome till last weekend on 17/6/16, to my surprise and for all the while we had call the housekeeping for some top up for the TEA / sugars etc and even a change for the towel they has been gladly send to our room w/o hesitation or even a charge. Somehow I dont know what policy they had made a change recently, till i asked for a TEA & NESCAFE & some sugars i was told that there will be a charge per set if request per day of stay. so which means in a day in the room we only can drink as what has been serve, for a top up we have to pay 1RM for a tea/nescafe sugars. So to my surprised, i told them if they wanna be so calculative, i would rather buy big packet of sugar at the nearby mall then to pay each time we wanna drink. Kinda disappointed with the rules they had made now. So i will think for another hotel stay when i come down to Johor, any recommendation for best hotel???

Very2 bad the room nt clean at all. Very dissapointed
Staff nt friendly, nt helpful. The room super dirty no towel, the day wen check in. Feel very dissapointed.

Worst Hotel
Worst hotel Ive been to. First, receptionist was not welcoming. Corridor are dirty. No one's using the pool because it looks dirty as well. We were stuck in the lift so all passengers use the stairs. I use the stairs going to the lobby from 8th floor and Im 4months pregnant!!!!

Satisfied with the stay
All are in order except that the carpet was dirty and the bed was a bit uncomfortable when the other person shifts position. Breakfast has reasonably good variety. WiFi was good. The hotel helped us to get metered taxi every time. There is also a good restaurant next to the hotel which served Vegetarian food which was useful. I will visit again and I do hope to see the improvement in cleanliness.

MUCH ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT
1. Bed sheets & pillow cover were not clean. 2. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. 3. Safe Deposit locker didn't work. 4. Aircon thermostat/temperature control wasn't working properly - so very cold.
