Staff service needs improvement
Had a major electricity break down twice during the middle of the night and lasted more than 2 hrs. Was very disappointed when we tel hotel staff to check about it and was simply told that it's the government fault and no apologies were given. Enquired from front desk staff the next morning and no apologies given for the inconveniences caused. Overall the room and facilities were good

Value for money!
My family and I stayed 1 night during Hari Raya. Overall is good, we have a pleasant stay in the hotel. The breakfast is acceptable. However, the check in process took more than 15 minutes, we hope this can be improved.

Worst Hotel EVER!
This hotel has been rated 4 star on Agoda. Agoda should visit this hotel, I think they would remove it from their options as it make a joke of this site. The hotel staff upon arrival were lazy and unhelpful, no offer to help with luggage, and it seemed like they didn't want to serve at check in. Finally got the room we had booked, only to find the so called 4 star bathroom full of mould, cracked tiles and broken grout. The room smelt awful, the TV stopped working. Maintenance attended and inspected the issue, but never returned. Upon checking with reception some several hours later, we were advised there was a problem with the TV booster on our floor. We requested another room on another level. After waiting another 2.5hrs, the power went of on our floor. I had had enough by this stage and went down to reception to voice my frustration. The hotel has no concept of service and could not understand why after 2.5hrs waiting for another room I was a little upset. By the way, it is now 1.30am. After another hour we finally got our replacement room. Quite a number of other guests were also at reception complaining. No apology was forthcoming from the hotel. I strongly urge anyone visiting Jolor Bahru to stay at another hotel. If we could give negative star feedback, we would. There was no apology from the hotel staff
