In a shopping arcade with eateries everywhere

Breakfast buffet is cheap, though we did not try it. There are food everywhere till late. Parking is free at the shopping arcade, there are not alot of shops open tho. Rooms are not exactly sound proof, you can hear doors opening and closing and people talking at the corridor.

budget hotel and great location stay for few days
easy to get food and shops around the hotel. downstairs is a plaza with shops u can buy gifts back home. there is also a healthy message centre.

Stayed for 2 night's and the place is quite new and clean. Worth the price! I can easily shop an have my meals just outside the hotel. We went to legoland on the 2nd day and we are tired and back to the comfortable bed for a good sleep. Service is good but the message centre I went, most of the people worked there are from China and they don't speak well in English. The massage was ok.

Great location but its really a budget hotel

If you think of it as a budget hotel, you will not feel so disappointed. I am too used to relatively good hotels so I aint very comfortable with Grand Sentosa. The carpet is old and has a weird smell. The room is huge but housekeeping needs to be greatly improved. I found TWO disgusting-looking-totally-washed-out panties on the hangers in the closet. The bathroom is huge and reasonable. You get Singapore channels on the TV so thats not too bad. There is no hairdryer. You got to request it from the reception. The staff are friendly but needs a change of uniforms. The staff room is just behind the reception so there are food smell when i was doing my checkin.
There are retail outlets in the same building, rows of street food so it is really convenient. The infamous bakuteh is also within walking distance.
Its a hotel you can consider if you just need a place to sleep in for the night, without much expectations. p/s: its more than an hour drive away from Legoland.

Customer service is very good. Lots of eating places around hotel. Even if it rains, it is still connected to restaurants and shops. Very convenient.

nice hotel lobby and cosy to be in

i like the location situated within a plaza where i can easily get shopping. there is a convenient store and i can access to daily stuff easily. there are also many chinese restaurants around and finding food is not a difficult task at all. it is also near to where my customer is which is walking distance and i can save the taxi fares. however, the check in and check out from receptionist is abit too slow.

second stay. Like the place as it's close to lots of food outlet. You are spoilt for choices either breakfast, lunch or dinner. This round, my room's aircon was working fine. Only problem with this hotel, which i noted complaints by some other visitors are the services are really slow. The lady manager seems only know how to scold people but do nothing else even thought i was waiting to be served.
