decent hotel
spacious rooms, efficient working staff

rooms are decent and spacious, bed is big and comfortable. didn't manage to try the breakfast. comfortable and quiet environment, especially the lobby. staff is friendly and efficient. however, it is very inaccessible for travelers if they do not drive. almost impossible to walk back to city square due to the highways along the walk. taking a taxi is a must when travelling to and fro from the hotel.

This is a new hotel and the price is reasonable. Hotel have a great location because it is near to woodland checkpoint.

Nice Hotel but bit far from JB town. staff are very polite and welcome you with their warm welcome smile. room are clean and breakfast are good.

When I arrive JB check point at late night, I use this hotel. Just 10 mins walk from the checkpoint, and the room is always clean and comfortable. Atmosphere around the hotel is a bit creepy, but safe, very quiet, and can sleep well.

Not expensive and near to seafood eateries at Stulang area.

This hotel is located a bit far from city centre but still walking distance. Room itself is clean and tidy. Breakfast is standard, can be improved.
