the hotel lack maintenance. toilet facilities need to be refurbished badly. bedding cleaniness need to be improved. plenty of food eateries nearby. parking facility is available. breakfast spread is better over the weekend.

I was a little dissapointed with the room.
1) The Customer Service is good & friendly. 2) The hotel is located at the central. 2 mins to City Square & 5 mins to CIQ. 3) Room size is big.
