the intended stay at this hotel was to be near my son's university next to hospital sultannate aminah after putting him in the condo with his stuff. we just put up with this hotel for a night as a transit prior to going back to our hometown in ipoh. all in all the hotel was average but with one comment which must be heard was that a hair dyer requested was not available. we reached the hotel around 10pm and my wife wanted to have a hair washed but was put off due to the above reason. she got no choice but washed it the next day. i hope this very basic stuff should be available in all hotels.

We stayed just for one night, for a budget hotel, this was a pleasent stay. the restaurant downstairs offers a variety and was quite cheap.
Travel tip:
But i would suggest guests to call the hotel direct first and ask for the room rates, i found out that i paid more for this room booked through AGODA (RM90) and infact is was only RM79 (nett) if booked directly with hotel

early booked deluxe room. the room have cigarette smell due to no window. moved to deluxe master with extra rm10 which is a room with window. very satisfied with this room. aircond and heater working good.
there water dispenser located outside if you would like to get drink. the thermos is provided of cause.

Basic amenities. Value for money. Good for night stay.

rooms come with 2 queen bed but no window. c/w tv but without remote control. its located in the middle of highway so everytime need to make far u-turn to get to the opposite site. queit at nite cos its next to maybank and surrounding mostly car showroom.

a bit far from the city. the hotel is comfortable and value for money.the room has no window but quite spacious for triple sharing. has free wifi in the room and overall we had a pleasant stay
