No complaint except for limited television channel
Nice swimming pool, excellent room view and attached to shopping mall.

The stay was good but with some issues. The receptionist is not really friendly and i had to wait for long time for them to process my agoda bookings. Deposit is required eventhough i had fully settled the room fee through agoda. Other services were fantastic except for the fact that the tv channels are limited and no astro.

A typical modern Asian city hotel. Clean and convenient but with little character to speak of. Check-in was slow, as was checkout due to both bureaucracy and slow IT systems. Breakfast was reasonable by Malaysian standards but why can't they serve decent coffee and why they insist on floating chicken and meats in tepid water?

This is not the first time to stay in KSL Hotel & Resort for my Holiday ,its clean,comfortable and nice hotel for us and with a reasonable price as well.
This Hotel is nearby the most famous shopping centre in Johor Bahru ,its include
cinema,restaurant,shopping area.Lot of Parking place inside & outside the hotel too.
I like to stay in this hotel very much and this is the first choice for me to choose it,thanks for their good service too

Not value for money. Could get a better hotel for the same price. However, it is very convenient for those who like to shop. As the shopping mall is located onsite.
