It was very pleasant and the location was great. Generally the service was good except for one girl when I was checking out. I wished her gd morning and all I got was a silent treatment. Thought she didn't hear me and I repeated, same response. Decided to shut up and that spoilt my otherwise gd experience in KSL.
Another major letdown was the shower cubicle. For a new and modern hotel, the shower cubicle was a joke. A short shower would flood the whole bathroom! A total disaster.
Also, the free wifi in the room is totally useless.
Overall, a great centrally located hotel with 90% of the staff who tried except for one black sheep but let down by missing out on important details for a pleasant experience.
