Fairly decent hotel with pleasant staff

The hotel albeit its age was reasonable maitained. Pleasnt staff at the check in counter.
Rooms were decent but TV channels were fairly basic.
Breakfast was average.
Only set back was that I had a room facing the rear of the hotel fronting the railway track and the passing train can be a little loud.

Good location and accommodating staff

Happy with the stay and it is walking distance to KSL. Giving it another plus point. Offer shuttle service to Johor Premium Outlet but map is also available to self drivers. This is my second place as they have 2 double beds in the rooms and no free wifi. Will be great if that is thrown in.

generally the room is ok and quite comfortable. however the is no interesting point or wow factor that may pursuade me to revisit this hotel. the bathroom is not up to 5 star hotel standard as the finishes is quite simple. there is no interesting view outside.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
For those who loves outside view, it is not recommended to stay at this hotel

Clean rooms and Kind and friendly staff. But the swimming pool was so small. The design of lobby was old fashioned.
I liked the bed and the room as well as the bathroom.
No nice view but about 20 mins driving distance to JPO.
The breakfast was so ordinary without diversity.
But in General not bad

Walking distance to holiday plaza and KSL. Room with bathtub nice and big. not to go out at night if you are not familize with the place, quiet dark and a few construction near by.
Shopping Tip:
Holiday plaza just beside!!! Lots of stuff to buy...

we arrived at 2.00 am and was feeling very tired. the staff was very helpful and courteous. the check in was very fast. room was spacious, clean and beautiful. i will definitely stay there again.

the stay is very pleasant. within walking distance to new KSL shopping mall and you may get lots of restaurant over there. but carpark is a problem as very limited especially night time. you will hardly got a lot during dinner time.
