Second time staying at Mutiara hotel and will stay again if in Johor Bahru. Provided all amenities one would expect from a 4 star hotel. Price was excellent for the value.The only downside is the location, cannot walk to any interesting sites or restaurants. Although the hotel facilities were excellent and you could spend your time there without leaving.

The hotel offers spacious rooms, friendly staff and clean environment.

Mutiara hotels located adjacent to Holiday Plaza and within walking distance to KSL Mall. The hotel is spacious and the staff are friendly. You could find many eateries at the surrounding areas. As the hotel has been around for many years, the management should continue to upgrade and upkeep its facilities. The mables at the bathroom appear to be very old and its color has long faded.
