Spacious Room
The hotel offers spacious rooms, friendly staff and clean environment.

Mutiara hotels located adjacent to Holiday Plaza and within walking distance to KSL Mall. The hotel is spacious and the staff are friendly. You could find many eateries at the surrounding areas. As the hotel has been around for many years, the management should continue to upgrade and upkeep its facilities. The mables at the bathroom appear to be very old and its color has long faded.

The 3 best things about this hotel were (i) the staff that were very friendly and went out of their way to assist, (ii) decent rooms that were clean, (iii) close to JB town and also easy to get to Nus

I was unhappy with the stay. The aircon was not working(super cold and couldn't off it). The bath room heater and toilet flush also spoilt. We have requested for room change. Kept calling the counter and nobody pickup. Disappointed with the service and staffs are unfriendly

We booked deluxe room for 4 nights. The room located at 9th floor and facing the railway. Sometimes we can heard sound from the trains but it didn't disturb us. The room was clean, the bathroom also clean and they provided all basic amenities in the room. The staffs on check in and check out counter was polite, work efficient during check in and check out and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will back to stay in this hotel again come back to JB.
