cheap and small room, i book the room on the same day i arrival. the staff was telling me, no booking record on my name, due to they didnt received anything. i have show them, all my booking confirmation letter and my payment confirmation slip. spend more than an hour. finally the staff get her boss to confirm my booking. very bad experience.

quite far from the city centre, but got reasonable price.( it would be better if got breakfast)
clean room. area around is very dark at night, not safe to walk.
Hotel Feature Tip:
From JB Sentral, can take any bus which pass by Ros Merah to go to Hotel :) (around 30 minutes, if got jam, around 1 hour)

the hotel price was cheap but it located at the last lane of the shop lot at the end. it could be dangerous at night when come back to hotel even with security guard cause sleeping most of the time.

A lot of good food around there.

mediocre hotel with tiny rooms

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Room was extremely small with barely space for walking around. Potable water dispenser (with hot and lukewarm water) was located outside the rooms at the corridor. However, the presence of a rubbish bin with malodorous smell adjacent to the water dispenser seemed to be inapropriate from hygiene standpoint.
My worst experience was that my room was not cleared on the 2nd day, towels unchanged and shampoo/soap unreplenished. When I queried the reception staff member,he simply blurted a ludicrous excuse that I did not inform them to 'make up' my room. To the best of my knowledge, the general practice in hotels are rooms are "made up" (cleaned) without the need to specify but on the contrary, if one does not want to be disturb, one can just inform reception staff member of just hang the "Do Not Disturb" card, if provided.
