A place more for playing golf

Is a economic paradise for golfer. A whole day game is only $88. But as we went there with our children and not for golfing, is a little too boring. There's not much shopping nearby and those so call as facilities in the hotels are not fantastic. The hotel itself is a little run down, furnishing is old .the room that we stay in is at the highest floor and can see celling had leakage before and left with patchy stain. Service is not effecient, no toothbrush, missing towels... Etc.. Waited long upon request for
Those stuffs. And the room was not even pack up when we check in .. And the breakfast buffet is expensive and little choice, yet can tell that there's no good quality food. Add on the staffs at the frontdesk never put on a smile.. Overall disappointed with this hotel that is so call as five stars..

The pool had large rocks and the rocks gave my kids small cuts.
The breakfast buffet was expensive and we ended up driving to eat at the local place where we found a mamak store as well as a noodle place. We even found the wet market and bought rambutans.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Eat at the Chinese restaurant.

Lovely hotel and warm welcome service
Resort give a very relaxing atmosphere with hotel rooms facing the pool and golf courses

Considering my stay during Christmas period, the hotel gave a rather resonable pricing for its 1 bedroom suite. The suite is really spacious and beautiful. However, the only drawback is that they did not provide us with a queen/king size bed but rather 2 single bed only. But overall i'm satisfy with my stay there.

Convenient resort to stay if ya wanna shop at Johor Premium Outlet (JPO).

we have stayed there for 4 days 3 night and we had e very good time there. the hotel was very nice, except for the breakfast. no varieties and very limited choices.

we spent our 20th anniversary here.the resort is away from the city thus giving us the quietness that we need to relax from our otherwise daily busy schedules.we didn get to explore much as it was a rainy day. the christmas buffett dinner was reasonably good & we enjoyed it. however, the restaurant was situated at the "pavillion" which is away frm the resort & it was very inconvenience for us since it was a rainy day. resort room is old fashioned & no bathtub in the toilet but overall it was clean. 1 set back is that the resort did nt provide us with face & hand towel. the bath towel was also frayed at the seems & smelled of mildew. i tink if they dn have d budget to refurbish the plc, they shld definitely have new towels & linen. other than the "yam seng"ning that awoke us at 8am (at the floor below us & which we think the management shldn hv allowed it!) our stay at the resort can be quite pleasant.

Great location! Nice rooms.
The 2 bedroom apartment was nice and spacious. The whole resort with its big expanse of land just puts one at ease. Its nice to just laze in the apartment but their swimming pools, 4 of them in total are just too inviting. The indoor jacuzzi is wonderful, nice place to relax after a swim.

this is probably the 5th time i am staying at pulai springs. i will visit again soon because the resort is clean, checking in is mostly a breeze and my kids just love the swimming pools while my wife and i love the indoor jacuzzi. the food at the chinese restaurant i discovered was rather tasty though a bit expensive. now they have movie screenings at the sports center which i find is a nice addition to their activity list.
the only thing i dislike is the room price which has risen by at least 25% since the 1st few times i was there and now breakfast is not included. the 1st couple of times breakfast for 4 was included in the room price and it was cheaper! (in 2009 and 2010)
Shopping Tip:
Mentioning the resort itself will not be complete. Pulai Springs is a 15 minute drive from Bukit Indah which has a huge shopping mall with many eateries. The only thing missing was a cineplex but now they are building one. Hooray! Now there will be one more good reason to go back and stay at Pulai Springs. Now if only the price of the rooms will go back down a bit...
