The phone in my room was so filthy I was reluctant to use it. No-one appears to be interested in basic quality control in this hotel.
Travel tip : Ask for a north facing room to avoid be kept awake by the screaming motor bikes on the KL-Singapore motorway immediately on the hotel's south side. The north side will also face you away from the adjacent Mosque and hopefully enable you to sleep through the 5.00am call to prayers! When will this country address noise pollution?

From the hotel to the check point at Singapore, it takes 10 min by taxi. The room faces towards the border side, and has a great and beautiful night view.
