Krishnan P. Families with young children Singapore, May 19, 2013	comfortable and easy to move around. Near to JB town, plenty of restaurants and central located. 6.3 !st thing value for money, friendly staffs,close to restaurants, shopping is very close and internet service. The easy to locate because you see it from causeway bridge. Form hotel 5 min drive to city square shopping. Hindu temple is very close and food is not issue at all.My Family enjoy shopping and children enjoy watching movies.

DOnt get what the receptionist talk about. 3.7 I took me more than 30 mins to check in as we cant open the door, is using and the instruction is not clear. we went down to asked for help, the person told us to wait for awhile, after 15 mins, we checked with them again, she just said u should wait us at the corridor of the room someone will acssist u . bad experience in overall. far from shoping centrel and restaurant. no conveneince shop around and not tooth brush provide. so we have to took a cab to nearest convenience shop to buy some toiletries. plus the transportation is not convenience after check out we walked 20 mins aways to got cab so we not sure tally no cab along the road.

Solo travelers Malaysia, May 12, 2013	Confortable and enjoyable Clean, Fast check in and check out, friendly staff 8 Fast and accurate check in and check out process with the assistance of friendly and responsive staff. The hotel was near to the city centre and easy access to highway link to Singapore . The room was clean with nice design. The buffet breakfast offerred was up to my expectation and there were many varieties especially for my young children. A well known hotel where easily locate from the city centre of Johor Bahru.
