Bad Service
Really disappointed with the service, especially Front Office department... No courtesy to customer. I travel far from KL & i get a room almost half & hour. Not supposedly to put new staff at FO dept. The room also not that clean. Please improve!

Clean, location
Breakfast is subpar, food were cold, watery scramble egg, oily fried rice, only eat toast and drink tea. Sink is stucking, so water can overflow, leaking water to bathroom floor. Room size ok and clean. The picture of the hotel is a total lie, using the other 5 star hotel as its background as a backdrop to trick the human eye.
