the room is big, its clean, staff were friendly

the hotel is far from city square and lego land. there were clubs, massage centres, hawker centres near by. but the breakfast buffet doesn't offer much of a variety. room is bid enough for 5 people. no swimming pool and has slow internet access.

we took the Superior Premier room. Room is bigger than expected. As it is part of the shop lots, there are a lot of eateries around. Thankfully, it is not too noisy at night so we can get a good sleep.

Very..very satisfied..near to many hawkers centre,shopping centre
breakfast good..calm..at night..my sons went to snooker centre..they happy..
This hotel in my future list..I won't miss this hotel comfortability...best..

we stay at this hotel for bussiness trip. clean and modern room. lcd tv but not many chanel available. anyway, we can spend our time at nearby restaurant and pub.

Nice hotel

The area the hotel is in is quite difficult to get to from the main highway. Advise to locate with google map and be prepared to ask directions if new to Pasir Gudang. The hotel is clean and they have spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. Reception is very helpful. Park your car in front of the hotel for security. Breakfast is quite alright and do have some choices. Will stay again when in that area.

The hotel is located in an area where there is a lot of nightlife and various food outlets are available nearby. When I first checked in I wanted to check my email and charge my phone but UK style power plugs were all that were available. A quick trip to the lobby got me provided with an adapter but only one of its outlets worked. There was no other adapter available. Once hooked up to the free internet it took over two hours to download about 12 emails.
The room was okay with a good AC unit but water pressure was sadly lacking in the bathroom. I complained about the internet and water pressure the next morning and was moved to another room where the water pressure was fine but the internet was still very slow. I did not manage to have a hot, or even warm, shower over the three days I spent in the second room.
Restaurant Tip:
The Blue Rhino Bistro, where the hotel breakfast is served, has a very nice tenderloin for a good price.

Nice, roomy and comfortable hotel

This hotel is located at a good place. The services are good, and the staff are very friendly. The buffet breakfast is tasty. There are a lot of restaurants nearby the hotel. The hotel is located close to Pasir Gudang and convenient for those going there. The disadvantage is the nearby pubs which are loud and noisy.

Simple hotel in a buzzing neighbourhood
vivid neighbourhood (bars, restaurants, market, foodcourt), Pasir Gudang Industrial Area easy to reach, ok price, Skygarden Bar

not the same standard as the bigger hotels in jb town but it's ok for a few nights if you need to be in pasir gudang. the neighbourhood is quite lively, try the diva bar after 11 pm - great live music. good local restaurants are few steps away.
the hotel itself is quite simple, really local, breakfast buffet spread is really simple.
you can try the skygarden bar on the top of the hotel, quite nice ambiance.
Travel tip:
try to book a Superior Premier room (better bathroom, bigger space)
the hotel is ok to stay for 1-2 nights, for longer period try to find something with better facilities / higher quality
