Great location and unexpected room standard

The outlook for the hotel make me feel uncomfort but I understand since the cost so low. However, when I step in to the room, it make me unexpected. The cleanliness for the room and washroom is quite good and they provided shampoo and shower gel in travel bottle make me feel it is 2 or 3 star hotel standard.
Shopping Tip:
It locate at city area at JB. Walking distance 15mins from immigration and 5 mins walking distance to City Square JB. Very convenient when you want to shopping.

near to johor checkpoint. just a 15 min walk to johor checkpoint. hotel is situated beside city square. many eating places and shopping areas.

Great Location but small rooms
Satisfactory features of the hotel.

Good Location,near shopping cetre,taxi around and near bus station.
High recommended for who going to Singapore,just 10 minute walk to Johor Bahru Custom and go straight to Singapore custom.
Room quiet small without window,and noisy from out side because near main road and bus station.
Very clean room but facility not very in good setting.
Bath room set up not in good idea,commode set on near wall,hard to pee pee for girl.
Nightlife Tip:
Many Malaysia local near hotel of Jalan Wong Ah Fook on night time.

A great location to bus station trip USS Singapore.Good condition hotel although cheap.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
good location if you want to go USS Singapore by bus.Just around the corner JB Sentral without crossing the road.Safe for my family and this hotel easy to find food .
