The bath towels are very old and some are torn. There are no floor mat between toilet entrance,
When requested to the room service staff, were given old torn rag instead as a floor mat..

No value for money at all.

We had a leaking air conditione. The room smelled bad especially the washroom. Bedsheets were dirty and we had to request to change them. No water boiler in one of our rooms and shower was broken in the other. Mostly all services were poor. Totally regret the stay! Disappointment.
