Good pool, great views from the top. Staff are friendly and prompt in service.

The hotel room has a musky smell. The carpet is obviously old, and needs changing. The entire hotel is quite old, and would need refurbishing. The breakfast menu is poor.

The is a low cost, cheap hotel in Desaru. My wife and i stayed there for 2 nights. There is a lingering smell in the room emanating from the carpet, which gets better once the aircon is on. However, it permeates the room. Overall, the impression is that the entire hotel need to be refurbished. The food there in the hotel is nothing to shout about. The breakfast is limited in choice, and does not taste good. You would fare better by going to the nearest town at Sungei Renget, which is a wonderful place half an hour drive away from the hotel. There's a lot more seafood to eat and at better price. Overall, there is nothing much to do in the hotel. My wife and i just swam and had a massage/scrub. We try to get out of the room to escape the smell.

Restaurant Tip : Go to Sungei Renget and have dinner at a place called Yu Kee or something like that. It next to a more prominent and large seafood place, but the food is better, the service staff is more friendly, and the price is cheaper.

Friendly staff and nice landscape around the hotel. The hotel has a big swimming pool with lush greenery landscape around it.

The building, room and facilities are a bit old, lack of maintenance. The breakfast should have more variety in order to be crowned with 4 stars hotel status

Overall this is a nice hotel with lush greenery setting around it. There are a good varieties of activities organized by the hotel for the guests to spend their time there. The hotel is located quite far away from the main road, making it a perfect hideout for holiday. However, refurbishment should be carried out as the room facilities are a bit old. We enjoy our stay there.

Food & restaurant service well done. Big Sea View Room. Near beach. Nice & good private beach & kids club.

When the air-cond out of service,we try to make a complaint to operator. No one come to fix the problem until we left!!! Management did not keep well maintenance in facility!!

This is the worst 4 star hotel ever stayed in my life!!! Bad customer service & bad facility!! Only the restaurant staff work like 4 star hotel quality !! If you looking for sea view this is the place..if you looking for 4 star service & stayed!! You better looking for others!
