Pleasant Experience Overall

The stay at Puteri Pacific was overall a pleasant one. The staff at the reception was more than willing to help us with our queriesand the rooms were very comfortable.
However, the corridors and the breakfast was a tad disappointing.
The corridors were run down (contrast to the rooms) and the breakfast was not really a huge spread and could have done more with more varieties.
Overall, i would still come back again on my next trip.

Yet another upgrade!
Great location, friendly service... always a first choice hotel.

Checked into the hotel in the late afternoon. Always felt safe with guards patrolling the carpark (though the lots could be a tad wider). Effortless check-in. It is always a pleasant surprise to get an upgrade to be a better room.
Rooms are a bit old, as with the furniture, so hold on to your expectations.
Hotel Feature Tip:
1. Try getting a room that faces the pool, that way you can still get mobile reception if you're using a Singapore telco.
2. Try their breakfast, it's always something I look forward to.
3. Always tip for good service.

a little upset when staff cant help or asisst in extending stay thru internet. And the staff lost my print out extended stay online, now they allow me to use the internet to retrieve the rferral print out...

location was very convenient, just a few minutes walk from shopping malls such as city square, and add another few minutes and you will be at the jb customs. hotel wise, despite being 4 star, most rooms and hotel interiors/facilities appeared to be slightly run-down and poorly maintained. staff were otherwise rather helpful and maintained good customer service throughout stay.

Superb 5 star hotel
near city square, spacious and clean room.

this hotel is near city square for your convenience of food, shopping and entertainment actitivites. provides nice buffet breakfast as well. rooms are spacious and clean. complimentary hot tube, gym and steamroom facility.
