Close proximity to bars and clubs. Cheap alchohol. Good service. Room service food excellent. Booked 2 rooms over the weekend for a party. Excellent location due to the tons of bars/clubs in the area. Everything is duty free so everything is really cheap. Hotel is really well maintained, with excellent service, polite staff and brilliant amneties. Only drawback was the lunge on the fifth floor, where the music was really loud that couldn't get a proper rest. But overall, an excellent stay.

The room service fast and they are very polite. The area cleaning are not done properly , my sister fell done because of it.
The Shopping area are still kind of empty. I was abit disappointed with the area cleaning as my sister fell down because the floor is wet and the staff that was around was smiling and watching as we did not recieve any help from them. The room service is wonderfull it was fast and polite.But we were abit sad as the shopping area are kind of empty .
Hotel Feature Tip : They should let their customers use the wireless network.

My family and I was in Singapore for a day visiting relative. Check the hotel rates is Singapore and it's twice the price for the similar class. The breakfast was good. The band was a bit loud and can be heard even I am in 14th floor. Surrounding the building is not presentable. Nevertheless the rooms are OK and comfortable for the price, what can we expect.
Restaurant Tip : CJust 5 min walking distance..Chinese, Western and Malay..
