Nice Hotel but lack of maintainance
Location - near to Sayam...famous for seafood. Nice and reasonably priced.

room was not ready until 3pm as hotel running full the previous day. staff was quite attentive and waiting was not a problem as hotel adjacent to shopping mall....
room was ok but expect a better condition for zone hotel. bed was comfortable enough. not much to do around here.
hotel layout was nice but lack of maintainance. some light along the corridor was out but not changed.
overall satisfied stay.

spend a night here to attend a collegue's event. took a cab from the immigration to the hotel, about 10 min ride. fast check in and room was big and comfortable. overall value for money hotel.

Really nice hotel. Nightlife is great. Lot of pubs , music clubs , disco clubs are nearby... the hotel is nearby the sea side... Its really excellent... Its value for money.Location is great. Hotel rooms are clean. its a duty free zone..

a comfortable and clean room that i had for my trip. i may get many nice local foods near by the hotel. moreover, there have few club or pub beside the hotel for me to have couple of drink. there have a starbucks coffee house next to the hotel entrance and let me enjoy a drink in the morning.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
a good choice for those who just come to relax and seek for local seafood. moreover, you may enjoy a couple of drink in the pub or club beside the hotel.

Large hotel close to the causeway. Decently appointed rooms with the spaciousness that is not common. Hotel has all the facilities that will make a stay most comfortable with all the facilities within easy reach. Duty free shopping and dining is within the hotel complex. 5 minutes from the causeway. 10 minutes from the city centre. Rates are reasonable and very attractive packages are available. Lots of eateries within complex if the hotel restaurants do not appeal.

i would come again this hotel in jb, very suitable for the young people who like night life, because got many pub , bistro over there...i like the room due of the view is very fantastic (seaview), breakfast is many choice, hotel room is big enought for us. within walking distance you can reach the restaurant and shopping also.

during weekend is many people go for night life (Pub & Bistro)
