Fantastic hotel good service

The hotel is at its finest . Clean and the service is good and fast. Their wifi is chargeable . Their ambience is calming and their workers is friendly . The pool is very nice their restaurant serves great food. The hotel is 5 mins walk away from the local known famous and cheap seafood. The concierge shares their opinion on which places to eat.overall it's fantastic

had a super night, made all the better to by a thoughtful upgrade to a suite which was fabulous with water and singapore views. the service was always courteous and considerate, and very friendly with our 6 year old. decent choice of places to eat within the hotel and fairly good range of food at the breakfast buffet too. the pool was a great size - fun and clean - could do with a better means of distributing pool towels but this is a very minor point. would definitely return.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Request a room with views over the water.
If you travel by car and use the carpark, drop off any of your group who have difficulties walking or if you have very heavy luggage as the hotel and carpark are not connected and walk is required (at least from where were directed).

It was located in a good place and hotel services were very good but washing and shower room felt a little clumsy. It had to be replaced and then it would give very comfortable feelings to the guests.

Great location with just what i wanted in a hotel
Price, quality, bed size (super king!), cleanliness, shower head, clean sheets & towels, kettle that's in good working condition.

I am very pleased with my recent stay in Thistle, although i find it surprising that my sisters also booked 2 more rooms (same packages) and their rooms were not as nice as mine. It could be the slight additional requests which i have made that was the difference. But i do hope Thistle will continue to keep up the quality of their rooms and overall hotel.

Nice room but terrible bathroom

When we first reached the hotel we found it impressive because the lobby looks good. The room size is moderate and the bed is big. But we were very dissapointed with the bathroom. Everything look so tired and not well maintained. Everytime we took shower it caused a flood at a corner of the toilet. The flush is not in good condition too as the first time i used it i thought it was going to overflow. Pros is the shower, the water pressure is strong. Overall it wasn't a pleasant stay as what we expected.
