I had friendly staff which greeted me with a wide bright smile upon stepping in the entrance. It made me felt very welcomed and as if I were part of them like a family. The feeling was further heighten when I was being ushered into the business center to print the hotel voucher as I wasn't able to print it due to last minute booking. The staff assisted me all the way until I gotten my room and was very prompt as well. Very impressive service! To me, nothing beats a good customer service rendered by your staff. Well done! I will definitely be back soon and this time,it will be a group stay.
