The hotel is decorated with neon lights...the hotel name is in neon lights...NEON lights, if you know what I mean. It's very hard to find this hotel, had to ask the guy at the petrol kiosk for directions because the hotel is hidden from the main road.
The railway is just behind the hotel, so you can hear the train passing in the middle of the night. The room is old and rundown, sheets are old and torn. There were duty-free stickers on the wall with hairs attached to it, showing just how 'hardworking' the cleaning staffs are.
Heater for the showers works fine. Cleanliness of the bathroom is acceptable.

stay for 2 nights,the room is big,but poor maintenance,the door lock was out of order,complaint to counter staff,they promise to repair,and they did give me a set of keys,but the door remain the same condition,ie out of order,was a big disappointment.

room at corner,can hear noises from downstairs,quite annoying.
though room is big,but not in the best condition.
provided breakfast only have 2 choices ,bihun goreng or toast.
at night and sundays, nearby food outlets or coffee shops were closed.

not easy to find taxi around,except ask help from hotel staff .
will not stay in this hotel next time.

Great Location and quiet big for the family room

The place very near to the city, it takes about 5 minutes to get there by taxi. Only 10 minutes walking to metrojaya city mall.
Shopping Tip:
Located about 1 kilometer from the Johor Bahru Immigration Complex, the City Square shopping center is a place that has something for everyone. This is a good place to buy jewelry, clothing, electronics, fashion accessories, toys and much more. The prices are reasonable but it is advisable to bargain to get the best price. The shopping center is open Monday to Sunday 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Great location but too noisy, Located nearby the rail station. So its about 3 times a night, the train can be heard on midnight. The room is very spacious and satisfying except the blanket which is very old like rag. The toilet isn't very satisfying because the heater isnt working properly.Theres also a nearby temple which played music very loud at night especially on Sunday.

Near shopping center and easy to find taxi.

Value for money but not in a good location.
We can fit 4 adults in one room for a very good price.

Overall it was an okay stay. My first impression was the hotel was very secluded and located in an area that is hidden. However, it served the purpose of staying for 2 nights on a budget basis. Since we have a van, we didn't feel much of a burden travelling around even if the hotel was quite secluded.
