Courteous coffee house staff
Bell boy service unsatisfactory - did not assist disabled guest to negotiate stairs at hotel lobby. Room service took a long time and then they brought the wrong order. Food quality below average.
Food (room service/buffet breakfast) was of below average quality for the price I paid. Basement parking is limited, causing inconvenience to guest with cars. Although I had a disabled guest, I was not allowed to park in front of the hotel where there was a vacant place...although several "luxury" cars were allowed to do so (discrimination in favor of the upper class). The hotel is not disabled-friendly as there is no lift to the parking floor.

Entrance ceiling with leaking watermark.
Have to ask for iron board.pillow to soft.
No internet service in the room.
Power point no supply-table lamp.
Shower curtain filthy.
Staff not alert to pick up phone calls.
Staff watching tv next room with door open.
Air con thermostat out of order,can't control the temperature.by midnight is freezing.
Quite a few of the room control button is out of order.
Bed to soft,noisy when lie down.
No safe box service in the room.
I selected due to its location.this is my 3rd time staying in this hotel.well i thought after 3 years the hotel may have been renovated or not to ensure the room is fresh and crisp.when i search online i confident to make the booking.room do not have preventive maintenance done.if i have a choice i would not return.
Restaurant Tip : Must try nasi lemak royale at pekan rabu worth queue for 1 hour.
Best satay at teluk kecai.
