Celyn Resort Kinabalu is a perfect destination for an absolute retreat located just a stone's throw from Sabah’s Mount Kinabalu. The resort is surrounded by well-kept tropical gardens and landscapes. Famous attractions like Mt. Kinabalu, Kinabalu Park, Hot Spring and the War Memorial are all in close vicinity to the resort. The room types come in two varieties each with views of Mount Kinabalu (Kinabalu Wing) and the surrounding Valley (Valley Wing). Some of the room facilities include ensuite bathroom with shower cubicles, private balcony with lounge chairs and a television set with DVD player. The resort has three F/B outlets available, offering local to international cuisine as well as a selection of beverages. Business travelers can make use of the fully-equipped convention facilities with up to 100 guests capacity.

Nice mountain view, clean room and fresh air
Spacious room with big slidding door. Love the Kinabalu mountain view. Enjoy the fresh air and you would see a lot o insects which never seen before. The breakfast could be improved by the variaty.

great view, fresh and cold air!

the resort is 360' surrounded by mountain, you would have fantastic mountain view nomatter you stay at valley wing (2nd floor) or kinabalu wing! I had immediate response for all my request ie extra mattress, water, clean dustbin, room service etc…! I suppose it was because i stayed during non-peak season, that's why i enjoyed the speedy service during my stay! the food is too deslicious than i expected (not oily, not saulty and big serving. i am referring to their ala carte menu not breakfast, their breakfast is just ok and adequate), really surprised me and worth for the price! the only bad thing about the resort is the rocky road heading to the resort from main road, it was really terrible and we could only drive at a very slow speed ie 10km/hr and it took me about 15minutes(single trip) to and from the resort each time! i find it waste of time to travel at very slow speed due to bad road condition. the only reason that i won't consider going back to the resort is its bad road condition!
