great view, fresh and cold air!

the resort is 360' surrounded by mountain, you would have fantastic mountain view nomatter you stay at valley wing (2nd floor) or kinabalu wing! I had immediate response for all my request ie extra mattress, water, clean dustbin, room service etc…! I suppose it was because i stayed during non-peak season, that's why i enjoyed the speedy service during my stay! the food is too deslicious than i expected (not oily, not saulty and big serving. i am referring to their ala carte menu not breakfast, their breakfast is just ok and adequate), really surprised me and worth for the price! the only bad thing about the resort is the rocky road heading to the resort from main road, it was really terrible and we could only drive at a very slow speed ie 10km/hr and it took me about 15minutes(single trip) to and from the resort each time! i find it waste of time to travel at very slow speed due to bad road condition. the only reason that i won't consider going back to the resort is its bad road condition!

Nice staff but too many insects inside the room
It was not very easy to find the hotel especially we checked-in at night. The size of the room was reasonable. Able to view Mountain Kinabalu clearly.

The stay is really good honestly, they provide hot water shower all the time. You can enjoy the mountain view by just lying in your bed. Make sure you wake up early for a clear mountain view.

guest should consider the 3km or not paved road,
best scenery... cold suitable for romantic vacation

everything ok.. except the toilet i cannot flush.. try imagine that u cannot flush ur toilet at home.. for 2 days.. solve this problem and hope this resort better... and i can accept if 3km road not paved heading to the resort as well..
