Near to KTM and access to KL is easy.
The hotel overall is slightly dated. However, the rooms are clean and decent size. Toilet is clean, but the WC and shower is a bit old.
Breakfast at the hotel is not great. But there are many good breakfast places around the hotel, so shouldn't be a problem at all.

5. The advantage is that this hotel is located in the center which is easy to kinds of restraunts & indian street & klang KTM station.

very convinience for us to look for hotel reservation. But i face problem that hotel room booked is not as what i get during check-in. I booked 1 standard queen and 1 triple single and been charged for it. During check-in, actual room i get is 2 rooms of standard queen instead of . I cant do anything because been charged and hotel say that is not their fault

Good location,room was spacious.
Service was quick and fuss-free.

The room was reasonably clean and very spacious. We had problems with faulty taps but the response was fast and quickly rectified. Requests for extra towels were almost immediately met. Breakfast was adequately tasteful. The air-conditioning was rather cold though and unable to control the temperature. For the price,we would come again if in the area.
Shopping Tip:
Jusco Bukit Tinggi is about 15 minutes away by car,plenty of makan options here.

hotel rather old. The entrance at ground floor leading to the reception at upper floor not good maintained. A bit ugly.
