Perhaps wifi in the room in the future.
The room is well maintained. Facilities commensurate with its status. Walkway and lobby is spacious with ample sitting area. Good Wifi reception at the lobby. Overall good value for money and would definitely recommend anyone to stay there.
The buffet breakfast selection was moderate but having more variety on day to day basis would be wonderful especially if you are staying for more than 1 night. We had our breakfast there for 2 days.

Clean and well maintained.
Hotel has good location. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and in good conditions.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Good base for traveling with the Jungle Train.

THE GRAND RIVERVIEW HOTEL IS A VERY GOOD HOTEL BUILT ON THE RIVERSIDE IN KOTA BAHRU, THE CAPITAL OF KELANTAN STATE IN NORTH-EASTERN MALAYSIA. THE ENTRY FOYER IS SPACIOUS. THE SERVICE AT THE LOBBY DESK WAS VERY GOOD. FOR EXAMPLE, I BOOKED AN EARLY MORNING TAXI TO THE STATION AT WAKAF BAHRU AND THE TAXI WAS WAITING FOR ME AT THE SCHEDULED TIME. THE ROOM WAS LARGE AND WELL EQUIPPED. THE BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE. I AM VERY SENSITIVE TO NOISE AND THERE WAS NO EXTRANEOUS NOISE AT ALL. THIS HOTEL WAS VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY.
