Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.
We want you to pay the lowest possible rate for your room. If you have reserved a hotel room through Agoda, and then show us that you could book the same room, for the same dates, at a lower rate, that is viewable and bookable on another website, within 48 hours of booking your room with us, we will either match that rate or beat it. Easy to find, well known by locals, centrally located, convenient and easy parking, staff helpful in giving directions to local eateries.

Looks a bit run down for a 4 star hotel, toilet bowl inconveniently located - sandwiched between shower and wash basin

My wife and I spent 1 night at the hotel. We had driven in from Terengganu and had asked a petrol koisk attendant for directions. He knew the hotel and gave good directions. At reception we asked where we could get some chinese food. Staff were prompt and gave good directions to KB's "Chinatown". They even marked up the map to show us how to get to it and the nearest beach. I would recommend a stay at this hotel but expect 3-star accommodation.

A very luxurious hotel, very friendly and good English speaking receptioniste, nice rooms and nice pool. A very nice launch and bar.

A bit out off the centre, you need a taxi to go to the centre. Wine and beer in the hotel are very expensive and outside the hotel you cannot buy alcohol for Kota Bharu is a moslim state.

The entrance of this hotel is very luxurious and you feel like a vip entering this hotel. The personel at the reception desk is very friendly and speaks English very well. The room was spacious and the beds were really kingsize and just perfect: not to soft , not to hard. The bathroom was spacious and the shower delivered a warm and strong stream of water. Only one minor point to mention:The price of wine and beer in the hotel was very very high.

Shopping Tip : Oposite to the hotel there is a 7 to eleven store. So you can do some shopping till late at night.

Good and clean room.

They don't have satellite TV.

I like this hotel, because hotel's staff is nice and the room is very quiet and clean. The bath room is also clean. Only weakness point is that TV doesn't have satellite. I'm Japaneses, so I want to watch Japanese program but I couldn't.

Great customer service Wonderful choice of breakfast options Quiet

Room smelt musky Sheets were slightly damp Poor satellite TV options

This hotel is great to stop in if you've perhaps been based on one of the islands off the East coast of Malaysia and need a few home comforts for the night. The bed was just amazingly comfortable, the room a very decent size and the staff incredibly helpful. The choice of food isn't bad but is perhaps a little overpriced for what it is.

We brought our own bags down to check-out, but no assistance to load the vehicle.

Travel tip : Traffic near and around is chaotic.

Very good hotel!

Luxury hotel, the rooms as the entire appearance. A pleasure to have to stay overnight.
