Recommeded not to stay. For me this is my first and last stayed at Crown Garden. The room is super small. This is my first time I'm stayed at super small room since I'm stayed hotel.I'm not satisfied with price. requested extra towel also cannot get, normally hotel at price RM130++ we can get extra towel.Bulb blown also cannot repair, informed but still no action taken. No more to search and stay at Crown Garden Kota Bharu.

When they include breakfast into the package, I was not sure what type of breakfast it meant. You know how it is when they throw in the extra breakfast just to make it look like a better deal. But surprisingly, a decent breakfast was served and good enough to last till lunch time.

Spacious Room But Bad Services

This is hiding behind the Public Bank building. Need to call the hotel couple of times before found the hotel. The reception staff is not very friendly, hardly smile & don't even understand english.
Shopping Tip:
Pasar Siti Khadijah situated about 10 min walking from the hotel.

hotel sans charme mais propre et fonctionnel
calme et de bon niveau pour kota bahru

difficle de faire son choix par avance à kota bahru. le crown garden ne nous a pas déçu, certe sans charme avec des chambres un peu petites, mais l'hotel, tout proche du marché, est fonctionnel, propre, et les chambres équipées à neuf. petits déjeuners à minima, mais personnel serviable.
Nightlife Tip:
Allez au food court de nuit. Excellent et prix dérisoires.

Lokasi stategik tetapi bilik terlalu kecil
Kedudukan di tengah bandar dan berhampira dengan tempat untuk membeli belah

percutian kami sekeluarga selama 3 hari 2 malam dirasakan paling teruk dari segi penginapan memandangkan bilik yang terlalu kecil dan tidak muat diletakkan satu extra bed untuk anak kecil saya. perkhidmatan yang terlalu teruk dimana tanpa senyuman dan extra bed yang diminta hanya layak dipanggil blanket sahaja. keadaan bilik air yang air bertakung menyukarkan kami sekeluarga untuk mandi dengan cepat bagi mengelakkan bilik banjir. makanan tiada pilihan.

Berhampian dengan Pasar Siti Khadijah, Shopping Complex seperti Mydin, Pakson dan lain-lain kedai seperti kedai runcit, kedai makan dll.
