The central location, the buffet breakfast and the cleanliness of the room

The only real negatives were the complete lack of internet and the smallness of the rooms. Initially, I had requested a room with a double bed; but, when we were shown that these rooms had NO window, I settled for a twin bedded room in order to have a window. Both were termed "Superior" rooms!
Incidentally, the mini fridge had no freezing compartment.

Probably the best city hotel in KB
The staffs, hotel location and room rate.

Checked in after 9pm,they managed to upgrade our room to family room due to running out of superior double beded. No hesitate at all to access the hotel, we were able to get foods at those local restaurant just few steps away. Breakfast was not much choices but they did change the menu during the stays. Really appreciated their help in lending computer and printer on my sudden case.
