Disgusting
We only stayed one night.

Embarrassingly bad. Filthy dirty- stained sheets, dead insects everywhere, broken cupboards, cigarette stub and ash in the drawers, window you cannot see out of, dirty bathroom in need of repair, paint peeling off the walls, dirty stairs and landing. We only stayed because it was really late and we had 3 tired children.

Poor hotel with lack of facilities

Actually we booked for 2 night. However, due to bad experience staying at this hotel, make us change our plan. The room is in poor condition, slow aircond, dirty toilet & very noisy. It's not recommended for family to stay here. However, there was a restaurant & shopping complex within walking distance.

Simple basic hotel for those on a budget

i booked the room for my brother in law who wanted somewhere simple to stay overnight. he mentioned that the hotel was comfortable enough although i guess at the price you shouldn't really expect too much.
the hotel isn't directly behind tune hotel as might have been suggested in the hotel description. you'll need to drive further back about 3 blocks to find it.
Shopping Tip:
KB Mall is within walking distance. All major tourist areas are also easily reachable.
