Our room was filthy, toenails and old food on the carpet, a cigarette butt behind the picture frame (?) the tables were dirty. The hotel was noisy also.
The staff were friendly and the simple breakfast was ok if not a little salty.
This is not a boutique hotel, just an expensive backpacker level joint

Average hotel worth what you pay

got a room with no windows. did asked for another room but none available since it is chiness new year holiday. anyway no fuss since we only need a room to sleep at nite and a place to put our things. another good point is that the hotel is right in front of a shopping complex, tesco and parking spaces readily available for those driving. the hotel staffs advice us to park any place in front of the hotel since it's within the range of the hotel's cctv. couldn't asked for more... breadfast is also available but with limited menu. they changed the bed sheets and towels every day. might come back to stay here but in a room with windows.

Nice but still room for improvement

Overall this hotel is nice and clean. But there are still rooms for improvement.
Staffs are friendly, but not efficient as I requested someone to check on the air-cond in the room, the staff only write down a note and never send someone to check on it.
Room towel with stain and need changing to some new towel.
Worth staying, just need a bit of improvement

lovely hotel but smelly and dirty room

when i reached at this hotel i feel very excited to stay. the staff treat my family and i very nicely. that make me happy at the moment. after i entered in the room i was not satisfied at all. the room was smelly and the floor is dirty with a small pieces of paper, plastic of candy and dust. breakfast also make me unhappy cause there is no choice at all.

Reception was friedly and helpful. While the rooms are neat and clean. The room provide confort for a good rest after a long hour trip around the various locations within the ota Bharu town and surrounding. Very convenient for us to buy basic needs from the supermaret (Tesco) and other shops nearby.
Would like to suggest that a small refrigerator and a water heater is provided in the all rooms. Water dispenser was not functioning well ie. could not get hot/warm water.
Overall, I'm satisfied with my stay at the hotel.

just nice for budget as we only need to stay for a night in KB, visiting a relative in HUSM Hospital. The distance was actually nearby but the traffic was very massive, not recommended if any person wants to travel to and fro between Kubang Kerian to KB town.
Hotel Feature Tip:
No elevator as it is a double story shoplots turned into hotel. Have to go up and down the staircase, good for young ones but not for older people especially if having knee problem or arthritis.
