Great resort with large room and nice beach

We really enjoy our stay. Love the beautiful beach and nice food. However we were unlucky because the telivision was not working, however the staffs were really nice, keep apologize about it.

Hidden gem
location near the beach, big room, nice ambience

Room was surprisingly big. We stayed in the Matahari room that accommodates 1 king and 1 queen beds. There is also a separate dining area. Bathroom is very big, but these 2 areas, especially the dining, need better and proper ventilation. Swimming pool is nice but a little too near the beach resulted in lots of sand contamination. There should be at least a strip of grass or pavement separating these 2 areas. With a little more attention and a bit of price cuts, this hotel can be a real attraction in Tok Bali area.

Beautiful scenery but poor services

Resort is close to the beach, you are able to enjoy very beautiful scenery of east coast of Malaysia, but the resort service is not good. TV satellite is out of function, can't watch any tv programme, resort is not provided room cleaning for the second day of staying, water heater is not working.

Quiet and peaceful. Nice place for release tension. A bit far from the nearest town pasir puteh (30 min car travel).
Room is quite spatial. However, when we checked in there, the room seem a bit dirty. We requested a room service immediately!
