Hotel Staff were friendly, room is clean and comfortable

Some rooms is not as good as others.

I stayed in the hotel for two nights in two different rooms which is just next to each other. The first room was noisy because its located near a pipe i guess and the wallpaper was peeling. Air conditioning was not strong too. However the second room i stayed in was good. Quiet, good air condition and pretty room. I just don't understand how two room located just next to each other can be so different. Breakfast provided was not great but good enough.

Travel tip : I drove a car to the hotel so getting around wasnt really a problem but if you do not have a car then there will be quite a walk to city center.

Very near banks - ATM Machines Lots of eating places around Convenient transfer to the airport

Poorly maintained rooms - lots of ants

The place is conveniently located but accessibility is bit difficult for the first comer since there are few roads circling around to get to the main highway. However, taxi drivers know how to get there easily. The guest entertainment, food, and inhouse staff seems to be friendly. The food, and the surrounding places to eat authentic Malay food is of a very good plus point. Further, there are few banks with ATM facilities and that will make it easier for business traveler to transact business. The price of the hotel is very competitive and having a soft touch on eradicating ants would be a point the busy traveler may appreciate while in dire need of good rest.

Attractive reception area. Very clean. Free shuttle bus to town twice a day.

Not in centre of town.

Attractive entrance and reception area. Very clean and professional staff. Live entertainment from resident band each night. Free shuttle bus to town twice a day. Bedding changed each day. Great shower. Only downside is that it is a long walk to the town and not much to walk to locally. Also got fed up with powdered milk in room for tea and coffee, though this seems to be the norm. Would have liked more western food options in restaurant.
