We only stayed 1 night and headed to airport before breakfast.The dinner in the restaurant was not the best and with only two other guest.
Rooms are clean and comfotable.

It's the best and perfect place to stay for every age group. The room which I stayed is very convenience for a single or a couple at that very reasonable rate. I will choose Beverly Hotel for my second trip rather than others.
The location of the hotel is very strategic because its just a walking distance to the commercial centers and the public transport station. Very quite and no hassle, the staffs both from the front desk and the room service are
very friendly and helpful.

Location not in town. Walking distance to shops and resturants not easy for the elderly. Shuttle service available but not limited. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Good view from hotel rooms on 10 th. floor. Room clean.
Shower not easy to operate. Water not strong and flow out slow. thus water not draining out of bath.
Location not suitable for senior clients

Hotel has good room services and staff are helpful and friendly. We requested for queen-sized bed room and was given twin beded room for 3 nights and only the last night of our stay we managed to get a queen-size bedroom. The location of hotel is not close to down town and shuttle services not regular and not available on weekend.
Friendly services from staff.
Should include shuttle services on weekend to downtown.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Try the front desk for booking of daily tours. Kinabalu Nat. Park and Poring hot spring tour and others full day or half day tours.

Generally a very pleasant atmosphere. Struggled a little with phone line connections, however staff were very helpful with trying to fix any problems. They also had a good general knowledge of the immeadiate amenities near the hotel and prices one may expect to pay.
- Nightlife Tip : There is a beautiful long, wide boardwalk that comes into its own at night and sets the mood for a nice evening and a romantic meal within walking distance from the hotel.
Good value-for-money place to stay.

Within walking distance to CenterPoint shopping mall. About 10 mins walk to seaside located food stalls, which provide a nice sunset and evening ambience.

I really enjoyed my stay here with my family. Six days with a three year old went smoothly and comfortably.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Skip the zoo and the museum and concentrate on the swimming around the wonderful islands and the jungle tours.
