Apartment with a good view

we stayed here for only 1 night. our first impression when we first walked in was that there was a peculiar smell in the apartment. seeing ashtrays being provided in the apartment, naturally we assumed that the smell could have been the smell of cigarettes and whatnot still lingering. other than that, the place is well equipped - kitchen appliances etc. ernie (the owner, i assume) gave me a ring the night before our flight to kk to confirm our booking, which definitely gave us some peace of mind! hotels within 1borneo are somewhat pricey and the rooms are pretty small, so i think staying at the apartment is actually a better option. that said, i'd still come back here due to its convenience. as for food, well, the megamall has a lot of eateries so you never go hungry!
Shopping Tip:
The apartment tower is part of the 1Borneo Megamall, so it's a shopping haven!

Overall, this is a peace place for us to stay however there is still something that should be improved which is the cleanness of the place. The staff there is on the overall friendly. We reached there at around 6 evening. All of us are tired and it is really appreciated that we did not spend much time to check-in at the reception.

Apt. Spacious with everything in working order.floor is a bit dusty n the bed room curtain should change to night curtain coz by 6:30am the sun is very bright. Thai apt. I stayed has a small balcony so convenient to dry clothes n smoking w/o making the place smelly. Overall the place is great despite the minor setbacks. Other malls in kk hard to find suitable food for a 4 years old chinese kid. From 1borneo you can go to crocodile farm Tuaran . My son enjoy feeding the animals there.

had a great stay, our family of 5, the 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms was a bonus!! as parents with older kids, and tourists in foreign country we felt we had everything we needed, and nothing was too much trouble for the manager to advise or if he didnt know he was quick to find out. would highly recommend this accommodation. servicing each day is a god-send to any mother of teenage kids. thanks for a great stay ernie.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Living room is big enough for gathering. Even this hotel is just next to One Borneo Hypermall but a bit far from the town area. Unless you have you own transportation.
