the management should consider of providing electric kettle in each room for the convenience of preparing hot drinks whenever required without stepping out from the room to go to the hot/cold water dispenser which was located in one corner of the corridor.

Good location indeed. Close to airport. But room that I stayed is small. Two person can hardly walk around. Aircon is warm at times. Staff are friendly.

Near to shops for bargain buys and food stalls abundant all nearby with lots of varieties.

the location of the hotel is great where you can access to many places around the city. there's a great and cheap seafood place just behind the hotel. the hotel is very basic only bed and shower. good for single traveller not looking for any frills. for couples and family, this place will be quite small to be comfortable in.

great location but small rooms

this is the 2nd time i visited cititel, this hotel located at the bustling city centre, surrounded by lots of restaurants, and shopping malls. the location was great, it's about 10 min ride from lcct airport and 15 mins from mas airport.
the room is rather small, and for standard room it is quite cramp up even for a person. other than room size, everthing else are pretty standard, no complaints.

The room is too small for medium-to-big size customers as the bed is a double bed size. The room is not spacious at all. Can only put up to 3 luggages (cabin size).
When check out, I waited for nearly 20 minutes at the front desk as there was only one staff working at 12 noon.

Great location, located at city centre, affordable price

the hotel is in city centre, it is within walking distance to api-api centre and centre point kk. there are shop lots around the hotel, restaurants are within walking distance. the hotel is new, rooms condition are very good. however, the room size is very limited, especially for travellers with more than 3 luggages. this hotel is recommended for short stay and business trip.
