My favourite place to stay in 1Borneo
I love that we can enter the hotel through the guests' entrance at Parking Level 3.

I stayed here because of some work-related stuff. I parked my car at Parking Level 3, then I entered through an entrance especially for in-house guests & went to ground floor to check myself in at the main lobby. After getting the key card, I went back to the car & brought my bags to my hotel room. I love that I don't have to drag my bags all the way down to the main lobby at the ground floor. Very convenient for me that way.
Another thing that I like about this hotel, was the variety of the breakfast spread. Yummy!
Shopping Tip:
You can shop till' you drop as the hotel is situated in the 1Borneo shopping mall itself. What's not to like about that, right? And you can also go for the midnight screening of the movies as there is the GSC cinemas on the 2nd floor of the mall.

Very convenient hotel within hypermall
Very good location, just within the hypermall.Breakfast buffet also good, with nice open-air view of the morning.scenery.

This is the 2nd time I'm reviewing this hotel as we are regulars. Unfortunately, the standard has dropped since my last visit. The room we were given was very dimly lit, not even bright enough to read. Room is as usual small but clean. Quite a distance to walk if given a room at their newly extended wing.
Another thing to comment about is the staff reception, need to improve on your service with a smile and the efficiency, don't keep hotel guests waiting.

But, the light in the room is dim. Wiring system for internet cable is not well located.

I have got myself very spacious bed. Enough for single traveler like me. The location of the hotel is really strategic. Went and shopped at 1Borneo shopping mall. Watched movie at the same place. The best part is they have shuttle service to town.

i have stayed here for two night, this hotel is located in the new bisness area outside kota kinabalu. a walking distance to the famous 1borneo shopping centre. for those who come from the big city, this shopping mall is actully nothing much for you but at least all your needs is there. most of the prominent brand of fast foods restaurant are available here.

a good experience in courtyard hotel, the staff were very friendly and responsive to all matters which arise,the rate is the cheapest i can find in 1 borneo area which having giant hyper market and parkson super market, and a lot shop lot in the building, you will be able to find almost whatever you need in the building from food, clothes, shoes, and etc from every range of prices........a great hotel to stay... but only the breakfast was a bit short of choice and almost the same everyday...

You got what you pay, but it's not really okay

The beds were uncomfortable and hard and it was very noisy outside the corridor. The water pressure is terrible low and temperature is unstable. Just few steps away from the 1B shopping mall, it is convenient for us to doing our shopping and get back to our room when tired.
This hotel is definitely worth of what you pay for. It suprises me with the buffet breakfast I get for the money I pay to stay in this hotel.
