Worst service i have ever tried

i stayed 3 nights there, on 5 floors. 2nd morning i was awaken by the dishes and bottlers crack sound coz my room window is just on their restraurant. Then i go to reception, the cold lady said: sorry no room available!
when i left. i found that i lost all my shampoos and cream and lotion in my room. i tried to call Gaya and told them that we just checked out this morning,and now it was only 5pm, i forgot my belongings. the reception told me that"sorry, our room service is off work now, pls call back tomorrow"
This is the way you treat your Customer!
I will not stay there anyway! bad service, bad attitude!
last but not least, the location is good, you could go to the ferry staion within 10 mins and easy to go snoking to the island.

There is a many shopping mall, restaurant this hotel. Also, ferry point is nearby this hotel too. Tourist can easily access to the famous island.

Excellent stay

Stayed here for three nights and i must say that i am impressed wih this hotel. For a relatively cheap price, you will get to stay in a very clean hotel with a great location (near waterfront, Suria Sabah, wisma Merdeka, Jesselton Point), nice city and seaviews, a spacious room with descent furniture and power shower. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the bell boys were of great help managing luggage and booking taxis etc. Special thanks to Mr Reduwan. Would definitely stay here again

Value for money.
Location. Near to latest shopping centre in town - Suria Sabah

Hotel is well located.
Services by all staff are great.
Room is clean, toilet is big with partition for shower and keeps toilet dry.
Breakfast is adequate for the price of the room paid.
Down side is queen size bed is smaller than a regular queen size and bed cover is not enough for 2 persons.
Shopping Tip:
Just across the hotel is the latest shopping centre in town - Sabah Suria!
Huge place with lots of items to browse and buy.

situated right next to Suriah Sabah shooping centre so an ideal location. Kota Kinabalu is not very big so it is very easy to get around

Nice hotel close to the water front area

Good value for money hotel in the city centre. The room provided was relatively clean though the showere cubicle looked dated and in need of a makeover. Free wifi is only available in the public areas which was a nuisance. Breakfast has reasonale selction though not of exceptional standard and much the same everyday. The waiterand waitresses were everyready to punce to replace the used plates, which many not be necessary most of the time. Sea food at the water front is very expensive even and not recommended. There is limited variety of restaurants in the area for non-halal food.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
There are a few nice places to visit for sightseeing and just relaxing like Tanjong Aru beach area and also the islands just off Kota Kinabalu

Suitable if u prefer walking around town, good Chinese food around.
